Auricular Therapy or Ear Seeding is an ancient technique using acupressure points. The ear is mapped in a similar way to reflexology on the feet with each area corresponding to a different area or organ in the body.

Using vaccaria seeds on sticky plasters these pressure points are first stimulated and then placed on top of that particular point.

Treatment can be tailored to assist with holistic lifestyle choices and ailments such as smoking cessation, weight management, appetite suppression, diabetes, migraine and headaches, fertility, IBS, pain management, stress and anxiety.

Yesterday was a wonderful day at @asonewellnessfestival where so many amazing workshops and little shops that had such gorgeous things for sale. We ended the day with a good dance and the kids and adults all playing in a bale of hay 😂 it was so much fun!!!

A whole hour and a half to just be. To rest in stillness and be in your body and mind. The perfect way to ease into the new school year for busy parents!

It's been a quiet few weeks since Christmas due to having a little one in my tummy taking me back and forth to hospital and trying to rest up.

However I have also been perfecting wax melts! I will be updating the shop today with these.

Also I have some beautiful new fragrances such as Cola Bottle, which really has the scent of that childhood treat, and Carribbean Escape 🏝️ which sends my mind off to a tropical paradise. Much needed in the UK in the midst of the January winter!
I do love a scent that takes my imagination away on holiday with a nice cocktail 🍹
